Meet your trainer

It started when I woke up in my mid-40's with achy muscles and stiff joints. A sinister thought that had been creeping into my consciousness announced itself like a foghorn in my brain -- I was getting old. I was terrified that I was never going to regain the energy of my younger years.

I took the first steps toward improving my health. What amazed me was the impact of adjustments I made based on where I was in my life. Instead of routine changes, I needed a lifestyle that fit me during my midlfe years.
